Victor Charlie Armory Training VC Armory is located in Ventura, CA. We have Ventura County's first virtual training simulator! Justin Young is the owner and founder of Victor Charlie Armory.

We offer unique training services including: CCW certifications, top of the line instruction in fi****ms skills and safety from beginner to expert levels. He is a Marine Corps veteran, P.O.S.T certified and NRA instructor. With years of experience he has built a one of a kind ammunition manufacturing center and virtual training system. Whether you are just starting out on your firearm training or are advanced we are here to serve Ventura county!
