We finished up our spring Rec League session this past weekend. It was so exciting to see the progress from the beginning to the end. The girls had a blast and so did we!

Did you know… Rec League is our second entry level program designed to introduce/reintroduce all things volleyball. Tailored to our 4th-8th grade beginner boys and girls, this repeatable program offers a mix of instruction such as serving, passing, setting and hitting but also incorporates LOTS of play to help expose players to the actual “GAME” of volleyball. Led by our Master Coaches, players will come away with a solid foundation in their skill set as well as strategies to help facilitate better game play. With a mix of 4 on 4, 3 on 3, and 2 on 2 game formats, we provide games that allow players as many chances to play the ball as possible in a FUN and exciting atmosphere. Our Rec League is an 8 week program that can be repeated as many times as you would like and has been proven to help facilitate the next phase of your child’s volleyball journey into a Rise Swells, Local or Travel team commitment.

We are taking a Rec League break this summer to allow your kids to jump into all our fun Summer Camps and Clinics but will resume this program in the Fall! Stay tuned for Fall dates and times. Keep RISING Rec League!!

RISE MINI SWELLS!! We just wrapped up our latest spring session of Mini Swells and we had a blast. Did you know our Mini Swells is our first entry level program for our youngest upcoming volleyball players? Tailored towards our 6-9 year old boys and girls, this program is an introduction to all things volleyball. Our minis will be introduced to all skills such as serving, passing, setting and hitting but more importantly coordination, footwork and athleticism, communication and how to be a great teammate! Volleyball is hard which is why we want to introduce the basics in their early development, keeping fun at the heart of it all. Owner/Director/Coach Kris Gullatt and Head Coach Erin Hansen have developed and fine tuned over many years an exciting 6 week, repeatable program that we feel best propels them into the volleyball world with confidence and a BIG love for the game! Our next session starts Saturday, June 27th and will go until Saturday, August 8 (with a break for July 4) Each session Is 75min. Stay tuned for registration details!
