Meet Landrea! Our newest girl gang trainer ⭐️♥️

After over a year of showing up for herself, growing through the shake, and finding strength both on and off the Megaformer, Landrea is officially stepping into her role as a certified Lagree trainer.

Her classes are rooted in intention, grace, and just the right amount of challenge (yes… we’re holding for 6 😌)

Move with intention. Shake with purpose. Grow with grace.

Look for Landrea on the schedule Mondays and Wednesdays @ 7am ✨
