Join Danielle Girsch and Julia C as you unwind your mind and awaken your spirit this spooky season with our enchanting Halloween Glow Flow and Sound Bath event. As the veil thins, step into a dimly lit, neon-infused sanctuary for an energizing, all-levels vinyasa yoga flow illuminated entirely by blacklights and glowing body paint. After moving your body and releasing trapped energy, you will transition into a state of deep, mystical relaxation with a cosmic sound bath journey. The hauntingly beautiful vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes will wash over you, melting away stress and grounding your soul. Perfect for witches, warlocks, and yogis alike, this immersive experience promises to leave you feeling magically restored, balanced, and deeply connected to your inner magic.

Call Back Your Power: An Embodied Dance Ritual

📆 Saturday, October 3rd from 4-6pm

In the weeks following the Autumn Equinox, the boundaries between the physical and spiritual worlds thin, and we begin our yearly inward descent into darkness. The Enchantress archetype (the wild one, the seer, the keeper of intuitive magic) stirs. This energy is an archetypal force accessible to all beings, regardless of gender. When you embody this archetype, you trust your body’s intuitive wisdom, shed false truths, and reclaim the power bound up in carrying them.

Join Soul House Instructor Amanda Bhardwaj and fellow seekers for a potent embodiment ritual to harvest wisdom, alchemize outdated versions of self, and call power and energy back to you. During our time together, you’ll move, breathe, and dance to invoke deep intuition, discernment, transformation, and personal power. This is not your typical letting-go ritual. It is a reclamation.

The experience weaves spinal warm-ups, kriya, breathwork, mantra, ecstatic dance, and sound bowls into one continuous arc, from harvest to homecoming. You’ll leave feeling empowered, clear, grounded, and reconnected to your magic.
