OMG OMG OMG My Fall Foundations is here!!
6 weeks. 3 classes a week. Small group strength training, iRL at Keighty’s Café.
This program is built from 17+ years of coaching, designed to feel sporty, safe, and fun. Think of it like a dinner party disguised as a fitness class — intimate, interactive, and deeply satisfying (without leaving you stuffed).
It’s personal training in a small group setting. With just 3 people per class, you’ll get the attention you deserve and the energy of community.
The program is progressive:
Weeks 1–2 → Stability & Control (unilateral focus)
Weeks 3–4 → Awareness & Load (bilateral strength)
Weeks 5–6 → Smart Strength (heavier lifts + full-body capacity)
Who it’s for:
Outdoor lovers who want strength for hiking, biking, surfing, dancing, and just plain living.
People new to strength training who want a safe, supportive start.
Anyone who values consistency and trusts the process over quick fixes.
