A little VGC calendar information.
Sunday June 14 we will be open from 1:30 to 3:30.

Tuesday June 16 is our third Youth Shoot. We will begin at 5:00. We are always in need of adults to help. No experience is necessary. We are always in need of safety monitors. Please don't be afraid to step forward and offer.

SUNDAY JUNE 7, 2026
This will be our first Sunday open in 2026! We will be open from 1:30 to 3:30. Come out and shoot trap or s***t.

Tuesday June 2, 2026 will be our second VGC Youth Program for the 2026 season. We will begin at 5:00 p.m. at Trap 1. Please come directly to Trap 1 and enter your name on the list.
We will have guns, shells, eye and ear protection right there at Trap 1. If you have your own safety gear, please bring and use it.
We received inquiries about shooting more than once tomorrow night. That is fine, as long as it is not too much for your youth. You can sign your youngster up for additional rounds after they have shot their first round. We want to be fair and have any additional rounds shot after people have had their opportunity to shoot their first round.

The weather looks wonderful tomorrow and we will see you Tuesday starting at 5:00 p.m.

Ventura Gun Club Youth Program update. Because we weather delayed last Tuesdays Youth Program, we are moving the final night back two weeks.
Next Youth Night- Tuesday June 2.
New Youth Program Trophy Night is Tuesday July 14.
We will stay on our two week cycle.
If the new final night conflicts with your schedule, feel free to have your Youth shoot extra rounds on our Youth Program nights. After they have shot, they can get on the list that same night for another round... or more. Remember, your youngster can shoot as many of their five rounds as they want, and are capable of, on any Youth night.

IMPORTANT YOUTH PROGRAM NEWS!

As the temperature drops and the North wind gets colder, we have changed our minds, again.

NO YOUTH PROGRAM TONIGHT!
Our program is supposed to be a learning experience and learning is difficult when you're cold and miserable.
We have not decided on a make up date yet. We will discuss and let you know.

Again, no Youth Program tonight.
