This class is for everyone. Level 0 through Level 4! Whether you're brand new to pole or an advanced dancer, we all need to keep building strength, mobility, flexibility, and control.

We'll focus on grip strength, mobility, flexibility, stability, and prehab exercises designed to help you move better, build a stronger body, and support injury prevention. 💪✨
