MEET THE TRAINERS
We’ve got lots of new faces around here, so we want to make sure we introduce ourselves! We’re the Stay Home Sweat Club trainers here to lead you through your workouts and help you find the best version of yourself! Can’t wait to see you in class!
AUBREE GALLEGOS
Class: Pilates Thursdays at 8:30am
Q: HOW DO YOU MOTIVATE OTHERS?
A: By dying along with them in the workouts lol.
ANDY DOOLEY
Class: Doo Work Shadow Box, Tuesdays at 12pm
Q: SOMETHING MOST PEOPLE DON’T KNOW ABOUT YOU?
A: I became a Guinness Record Holder in 2017 for most burpee pull-ups in a minute.
EMILY SMITH
Class: Nutrition Talks, Tuesday at 1:30pm

A: To pause time or add extra hours in the day!
MARIUSZ NICIARZ
Class: Mobility, Tuesdays at 9am & Weekend Warrior, Saturdays at 10:30am

Class: Leg Day, Wednesdays at 8am & Foundational Strength, Fridays at 12pm

A: I love starting my day with a lively yoga class followed by throwing pottery for a couple hours!

A: I have a Bachelors degree in drawing. I love figure drawing and portraiture.
