💎 Celebrating our June 2026 Cause Driven Leader, Patty!
Patty is incredibly deserving of being named Cause Driven Leader of the Month for June.
She truly embodies what it means to be not just a Y employee, but a Y person. Patty is caring,
kind, and thoughtful, and she brings positive energy wherever she goes. She shows up each day
with a smile on her face and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of those around
her.
Patty is also a long-time and generous donor to our campaign, and we are deeply grateful for her
continued support. Her contributions help provide opportunities and resources to so many
individuals and families in our community. Her commitment to the Y extends well beyond her
role, and she consistently leads by example through her generosity and dedication.
In her parent-and-child swim classes, Patty brings joy, enthusiasm, and encouragement to every
lesson. She creates a welcoming environment where families feel comfortable, supported, and
excited to learn. She is also an outstanding mentor to new swim instructors, generously sharing
her knowledge, positivity, and passion for helping others succeed.
We truly would not be the same without Patty. She makes a meaningful impact on our members,
staff, and community each and every day. We are incredibly grateful to have her on our team and
thankful for the difference she makes through her service, leadership, and unwavering
commitment to the Y.
