✨2023 - felt like my peak fitness era. Probably the strongest and best I’ve ever felt. It came easy, I was enjoying the process, having fun, and looking forward to every gym session and new challenge.
❤️🩹2024 - rocked me. I broke a toe, ended an almost 7 year relationship, pivoted careers unexpectedly, and turning 30 had me STRESSED. My nervous system was dysregulated but I kept moving forward.
😮💨2025 - My body took a hit. I gained over 25 pounds, dealt with migraines, vertigo, nausea (especially mornings), joint pain, and hormonal imbalances. I was told I as pre-diabetic! No matter what I did, the scale wouldn’t budge.
❤️🔥Then, in the last month of 2025, something shifted. I woke up to my old self again. The version of me who doesn’t give up, the one who makes things happen.
🥹I had to give grace to myself. I allowed my mind, body and spirit to live in intense stress for almost 3 years. It’s no surprise that my body took the hit that it did. Thankfully, I’m starting to feel so much better than I did before and today I woke up at the lowest weight I’ve been in over a year and a half!!! I’m no where near where I want to be but it’s nice to see the scale finally moving and my body finally letting go of what no longer serves her 🤍
