Join us on Tuesday, August 11th at 12pm for a special Stretch & Journaling experience in collaboration with Una Vita Intentional Journeys , a wellness and intentional travel community 🤍

We’ll begin with a 20-minute guided stretch led by our lovely Kyle, followed by a 30-minute guided journaling session designed to help you reset, reflect, and recharge!!

To top it off, our friends at CRISP & GREEN will be providing refreshing beverages for everyone to enjoy after class! 🥤✨
