I heard something recently that really touched me:
“Every day, write down one moment that was story-worthy.”

It made me pause. Because when we look for these little moments, we start to notice just how rich life really is.

Today, mine came in the simplest, sweetest way.
My 1½-year-old granddaughter looked at me with those sparkling eyes, pointed to the wet lanai ground where she had been splashing barefoot, and called out to me with my new name: “Omoo!”
She wanted me to join her. So I did.
It was fun. And wet. And one of those moments that lingers in the heart.
