🍦 THROWBACK THURSDAY:

Swipe to see our girl Emma back in the day — and get ready for some seriously iconic fun facts:

🍨 You’d never guess it looking at her, but this woman can put away a lot of ice cream.
📀 Her very first album? Thriller. Iconic taste since day one.

🎤 Her first EVER concert was Sting.

📺 And every Sunday morning, little Emma was curled up watching… the Smurfs. 💙

She is a badass teacher! We are SO lucky to have her teaching at Revel Yoga.

See you on the mat with Emma! 🧘✨

If you’re staring out the window wishing you’d booked that winter trip... same. 😅

But here’s the good news — my dear friend and incredible teacher .hunter.yoga and I are giving you something even better to look forward to:

✨ The Reset Retreat ✨ March 7–13, 2027 | Sansara Resort, Panama

Picture waking up to the sound of waves. Sipping really good coffee with an ocean view. Moving through deep, rhythmic yoga practices in an open-air shala with a breeze on your face. Days that are completely, beautifully yours — waterfalls, paddleboarding, a massage that makes you melt, the longest savasana of your life.

Family-style dinners. New friends. Zero inbox guilt. A sky full of stars.

And maybe most importantly — you go home recalibrated. Reset to your truest self, ready to move forward with more intention, trust, and ease.

This is your sign to plan your pause. 🌊

Spots are open TODAY — and they’re already going fast. 🔗 [Link in bio] to secure yours before they’re gone.

Meet Maria and Kristen - two incredible ladies whose friendship has been strengthened through every downward dog, warrior pose, and mindful breath! 💕
Their journey started years ago with , where they discovered not just the power of yoga, but the magic of having a true practice partner. When Revel Yoga reopened its doors in Vauxhall Hall, these two followed Hal over to practice in person again with there OG teacher.

This is what real friendship looks like:

🌟 Supporting each other’s personal and yoga goals

🌟 Showing up for each other, on and off the mat

Today we’re celebrating TWO incredible milestones:

🎉 Maria’s 100th class - what dedication!
