💘Date Night at the Recess Lab!💘

Who needs a night out? YOU do!

The Recess Lab will be open from 5pm to 8pm Saturday, February 15th for kids to come play and climb. While you and your honey are out not listening to Taylor Swift, not talking about Bluey, and speaking in full adult sentences, the kids will be climbing, playing, and having a great time. The wonderful Jessie, who teaches our climbing classes, will make sure that fun is had for all!

When: Saturday, 2/15 5pm - 8pm (Minimum 2 hours or for all 3 hours.)
Cost: $20/hour ($30/hr for siblings)
What to bring: Snacks and a water bottle.

Come get out of the heat and climb THIS SUNDAY!

We're not yet fully open BUT we'll be open Sunday, June 27th, 12:00 - 5:00pm if you need to get some air conditioning and get your yayas out!

And we're back! We're open for one 1.5 hour time slots M-F, 5:00 -6:30. One pod group with a six person limit. Not huge but it feels so good to be open again! Book online. Hope to see you soon! : )

We will allow ONE family, or pod, with a maximum of six people (including at least one adult) to come climb. You will be the only group in the building.

With the utmost of care and concern for our clients and their families, we have suspended all Adult Group Classes, as of 3/12/2020.
The Certified Trainers are volunteering their time and leading outdoor body weight exercises, walking and/or running groups on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 9am at the 188th Trailhead of Island Center Forest. Atleast thru March. Home programs are available for clients at no charge.
