To get ready for our annual Space Country Classic, we have trail work days almost every weekend to get the trails “race ready”! Our next trail work day will be tomorrow at 8am. We invite all interested to join and help out. Please wear long sleeves and pants and be sure to bring water, snacks and gloves. We are meeting at the storage road by the parade grounds and can’t wait to see you there!

The annual Space Country Classic is being moved from May 3rd to June 13th due to low sign ups. This also allows for more time to get our trails at Vandenberg ready for the big day. If you would like to help with our trails, anyone is more than welcome to come out on the weekends to help us with our trails that are not only used by us mountain bikers, Let us know if you have questions concerning the race or if you would like to help out with trail work and get more information.

Trail Work Day will be on Saturday, April 5th. We are meeting on Storage Road. (Take a right at the first stop light on California Blvd. It will be on your left) We are excited to work on the trails to get ready for the SLIC Country Classic.

We are so excited to be building new trails for all people to enjoy and ride on. If you want to help create these trails that people will be able to ride on for years to come, you can come out and help! The next Trail Work Day will be Saturday, March 29th. Come on out, with long sleeves, pants, plus gloves and water, for an afternoon full of creating trails.
