Recap from last night at the Brownstown Bullring,

Started 6th In the heat and ended up a strong third. What a fun race that turned out to be. Car and driver felt about the best they ever been durning that race.

Feature time we rolled off 6th and finished there. Got up to 5th at one point but track was just super slick and very technical to drive on. Didn’t really know how to feel after that race got over. Got some work and learning to do on those conditions still. Other fellow drivers knowledge goes a long way, thank you to those of you that offer advice when needed.

Back for another night of racing at the Brownstown Bullring! Changed a little bit of stuff this week to see if we can’t bring some more progress. Decent car count for us with 16 showing up. Time to put on a show!

Yesterdays recap at the Brownstown Bullring.

Took the Joe's Pizza - Greenville, IL factory stock out to play.

We went out 3rd and finished third in the heat race .Was on the struggle bus trying to figure out how to pass a car in front of me and in the meantime I got passed. Ended up getting around the guy in front of me last corner of last lap.

Feature ended up fifth place from a sixth place starting position. Track was locked down on bottom for the most part and Hard to pass. We will take a top 5 and be back next week.

Who all would be interested in some shirts for this year. My favorite color is orange and I don’t want to miss out on a bright shirt if there is enough interest.

** not actual shirt to be printed, just an ai visual of the orange this year on a shirt!

A lot of these places require 150 pieces to be screen printed.

I’d gladly pay design fees to get a preview going, just not trying to waste money.

*** I also have a handful of new old stock shirts from the first round to get rid of as well. Red/black large and xl only. Will sell these for discount to move them. About three of each.

Had a rough go at highland this past Saturday. Showed great speed in hot laps and in the heat until I spun the car running the top. I guess I wasn’t anticipating how much less traction was up there and just lost it. Finished the heat and went to go line up for feature when the lower balljoint fell out. Heartbreaking night and quite embarrassing really. Never even started the feature. We have a better car than that but flat out I was just too lazy to check all the bolts. We will come back better no doubt. And just using this night as a reality check.

Sheldon Satterthwaite said we’ve been due for a bad night at some point, but let’s make this the one and only for a while. Thank you to him for never giving up yet!
