I apologize for the late notice, due to daycare closure for the day, I will not be in today (10/12).
My nephew, Coach Gabriel, will be substituting my classes today.
I don't know yet who will be with him for the 3pm level 1 girls.

The most common reason students don't like bars, or are hesitant when it comes to them, is because it hurts their hips. We do have mats that go around the bar, but sometimes thats not enough. And those mats get warn down quickly.

I personally have not met anyone who has used these shorts, and I don't know if there is any other brands out there. However, I do like the concept.

Some of these things may be used in level s1 or 2 classes in the future. In level 2 and pre-team i will be doing more focus for a period of time in class like this.

The gym will only be closed on Saturday classes and open gym like normal Friday and Sunday.

If you miss a Saturday class, you can either use that time for a make-up class or 2 hours of Open Gym.

Anyone is always welcome to join! But highly recommended to be able to support themselves on their shoulders either in a kickover or handstand for at least 3/4 seconds
