🧘🏽‍♀️ Fall/Winter Class Schedule

Join us for class and find warmth in the colder season. You can signup through our website or on the Momence app. If class is full, join the waitlist! Set notification preferences in your Momence account.

Cancellations: If plans change, cancel your spot (waitlist or not) up to 2 hours before to avoid being charged.
Events must be canceled up to 24 hours before.

🍂 Motivate your practice going into the colder season with our fun, annual 30 day challenge!
• Add you name to the board in our lobby
(Join while there’s still space - it’s free!)
• Mark off classes as you attend and any bonus spots you complete. 1. Leave a review on Google or a single Momence class that we can share 2. Attend a special events, including all monthly events+moon flows+glowga 3. Attend back-to-back class. They must be conservative, no morning/evening break.
Bonus spots are single use.

🐘 The Samui Elephant Sanctuary was an amazing part of our Thailand yoga retreat this year! Watch to the end for a beautiful elephant send off ❤️

At Samui Elephant Sanctuary they take the time to educate guests on the real and tragic problems working elephants face and the importance of ethically rescuing them. Our lead guide, Apple, urged us to spread the word… PLEASE DON’T RIDE ELEPHANTS OR SUPPORT PLACES THAT USE WORKING ELEPHANTS!

We picked this sanctuary because of their dedication to preserving the best quality of life for their elephants. We had the opportunity to interact with them by preparing food and feeding them (with guidance). As we walked around the sanctuary we got to watch the elephants as they explored their space. Each elephant had a history of abuse and a life that needed saving.

🙏 Thank you for all the working you do, Samui Elephant Sanctuary, and for welcoming us into your world!! We hope to visit again soon.

🇹🇭 Dear Thailand,
We miss you already. Part one.

We have so much gratitude for Samahita Retreat and the space they offer. The open practice spaces helped connect our postures to the present moment and offered reminded us of those who practiced before us. Beyond our time on the mat, there were hours spent connecting over coffee and meals in the shared spaces at Samahita. Thank you to our student for sharing your stories, your time, and your memories with us.

This post is in gratitude of Samahita and the space we held our practices. The exploration off the mat is next to come. Cheers to another beautiful retreat 🪷
