We had a great tryout session this past weekend on 8/24-25. Sq**rt, Peewee, and Bantam players came out. The sessions were 1 hour 15 minutes and very fast paced. There were a few goalies and several coaches. Players were rated using the USA Hockey Player Evaluation form.
There was a good Q&A session following the tryouts with coaches and parents. Registration for the season is now open at the rink or Jr. Vipers website (VYHA.org). Team practices will begin the evening of Wednesday 9/4/13. The next meeting for the coaches with PNAHA will be on Saturday 9/14/13. More information is available through the rink or via the coaches. Tryouts for Bantam and Peewee teams are this weekend at Mountain View Ice Arena. On Saturday from 4:00 to 5:15pm and on Sunday from 7:30 to 8:45am. The cost for tryouts is $40. All players must be registered with USA Hockey prior to the tryouts.
