• Terms: Adults (18+) serve 4 years; youth (11–17) serve 1 year
• Role: Advises county/city/state on bike-ped infrastructure planning, reviews road projects for safe access (including for disabled residents), and promotes cycling/walking education and encouragement programs
• Eligibility: Any Clark County, WA resident; active-transportation experience (biking, walking, transit) encouraged
• Meetings: 4th Tuesday of each month, 6–8 p.m., in-person or online; subcommittee work may add extra time
• How to apply: Application at clark.wa.gov/community-planning/bpac-members, submit to Jake Goodwin (County Manager’s Office) by mail or email ([email protected])
• Deadline: 5 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 11, 2026

Toe-tolly awesome, nearly new cycle shoes are always available at the shop. It’s a great way to see if you like clipless pedals and cleated shoes before you spend a lot of 💰! One of the many totally cool things about Bike Clark County. Also lots of gently used rain gear available too.

Safe Routes to School Summer Fair

Get ready to walk, roll and bike to school at the Safe Routes to School (SRTS) Summer Fair! Work with SRTS staff to plan your walk, roll, bike route to school; participate in the Bike Rodeo to practice your skills; get help learning how to ride a bike; and more. Limited free parking is available on-site. Event parking is located off N Devine Rd Drive south of Mill Plain Boulevard.
C-TRAN’s The Vine Red Line Devine Rd. stop also provides direct access to the Heights Bike Garden. 🙌
