Disclosure’s Etran is playing. Two tennis balls, one in each hand.

Right hand first — bouncing to the beat. Then the left joins in. Alternating. Then double time, and suddenly your hands are ahead of your thoughts.

That’s the moment. Your hands are about to find out what your mind already knows: rhythm lives in the body, not the brain.

This is hand-eye coordination, dexterity, proprioception, and rhythm training — and it costs nothing, takes two minutes, and is genuinely fun.

Wild Living is about movement for longevity, nature connection, and human and planetary healing. This is where it starts. Play.

🎾 Grab two balls. Put on Etran. Go.

Most adults can’t deep squat. Every infant can. Something happened in between. The answer is the SAID principle — Specific Adaptation to Imposed Demands — and it explains why your body has quietly surrendered a range of motion you were born with. Chairs, cars, and desks impose a narrow range. Your body, being efficient, adapts around it.

This video gives you three steps to start reversing that adaptation. The squat isn’t a fitness goal. It’s a return.

*”I felt so alive. I honestly felt like I was a little girl again — giddy with excitement and full of life.” Working with Tahia to crate these experiences has been one of the most memorable joys of my life.

The first thing we ever knew was being held. By her. By the earth. Both gave without asking. Both asked for nothing back.

To every mother who nourished quietly, who rose early, who held it all together — we honour you today.

And to Pacha Mama — the ground beneath all of us — thank you.

If there’s a mother in your life who deserves to return to herself, who needs a break in nature, Wild Living is three to four days immersed in natures embrace.

To move is to know.

Before thought catches up with the body, something older is already happening. Every breath, every reach, every weight shifting toward the earth — that’s not exercise. That’s perception.

We call it re-wilding. But maybe it’s simpler than that. Maybe it’s just remembering what the body’s always knew.

You were never separate from anything at all. Ever.

If this idea is calling you, we have two immersions this summer where we go deeper together.

We didn’t always need a gym.

For most of human history, the land was the programme. The terrain was the equipment.

The body learned by doing — freely, instinctively, in response to what was right in front of it.

Somewhere along the way we handed that over. To trainers, to machines, to mirrors.

Gyms are great, but everything your body craves is outside!

Nature was the planet’s first fitness instructor — and it never stopped teaching.

Learning to move naturally and connected with nature is a SKILL.

These days, a phone in hand = 99 problems you can’t see.

Put it down. Give your body a chance to connect.

And watch those “problems” come into view. Maybe with your newfound clarity, they get a chance to disappear.

Human Re.wilding is many things. It’s also a coming back to what matters most. 🌿

Shoutout to for the perfectly made reminder.
