I'll be adding another afternoon boot camp class starting Monday, November 29th! Come join us from 4-5p on Mondays and Thursdays in gym 5. Non-members are welcome at $5/class (and only $2.50 for student athletes!). Members are FREE! This is perfect for high school athletes wanting to improve their fitness in their off-season as well as for adults who want a challenging and motivating workout! Susan asked me to fill in this Saturday 9-25 for the 8:15-9 am cycling class. I haven’t lead a class for some time but I have been cycling. Here is a sneak peak of a recent sprint / climb ride that will serve as our road map, be prepared - we will work hard but as always, you go at your pace!

Boot camp is back and ready to roll on Wednesday, 9/8! This is a perfect time to try it out bc we will be starting a progression. Come join us M, W, F from 8:30-9:30a or M, F from 6-6:45a. We have an awesome crew of people! Hope to see you there 💪

ANNOUNCEMENT‼️
No boot camp classes for the week of August 30th. (6a and 8:30a) Classes will resume on Wednesday after Labor Day. This will be a GREAT time to try the class out as we will be starting a progression with plenty of opportunity to modify. Come join us M, W, F from 8:30-9:30a and M, F from 6-6:45a💪

Mark your calendars!!! Isaac & McKenna will be re-launching their Bootcamp class next Tuesday, January 12th! Classes will be Tuesdays & Thursdays from 6:45-7:45pm.

There will be precautions taken in response to Covid-19 guidelines, including no sharing of equipment and maintaining 6 feet distance if you're not family. You are welcome to wear a mask while exercising, but it is not required.

There will not be a sign-up at this time, all are welcome! We may change this in the future depending on class size. Feel free to bring your own mat if you want, and don't forget a water bottle!

This class is truly for everyone. We combine aspects of HIIT movements, cardio, strength training, and yoga to create a fun and exciting atmosphere that gets you MOVING! There are ways to modify or intensify most exercises to accommodate your level of fitness.

Let's start 2021 off strong, together! We can't wait to see you next week! 💪
