SET UP TONIGHT @ 6PM

Bring labeled boards for breaking, cement blocks, & floor coverings (rug/wood board)

ALL STUDENTS ARRIVE TOMORROW BY 8:15AM!

Arrival by 8:15am.

Speed Kicks at 8:30am.

- This year's will be FORWARD THRUST KICK (See video attached in following email.)

Tournament Start time at 9:00am.

* Balance Competition begins.  All ages together.  All guests may compete. 

* Adult Competition will be 1st after Balance.

- Youth will watch, then compete once Adult Competition ends.

Just a quick reminder—this week and next week (6-7pm) are our Tournament Prep Classes for ages 6–13! 🥋

It’s not too late to jump in and get your child ready to compete, build confidence, and sharpen their skills. And if your schedule doesn’t allow for practice, no worries—you can still sign up and be part of the tournament experience!

We train for a lot of things… icy roads are not one of them. Due to today’s weather, all classes are canceled. Please don’t practice flying kicks in the driveway. See everyone next class! (1-26-2026)

Cold weather + no school = LOTS of extra energy.
Good news—we are OPEN today, even with the cold and MLK Day!
If your house is feeling a little too “high-energy,” come let the kids move and burn it off. Classes are running as scheduled. Stay warm and drive safe.

Yes, it’s cold and a little snowy, but we are open and classes are running today.
If the roads are bad where you are or getting out just isn’t a smart move, it’s completely fine to miss. We’d rather you be safe than prove you’re tougher than the weather.
