I've been putting this post off for over a week now.... but I guess it's time....
Those of you attending the Lady Cougar Softball games have seen this chair empty far more than it has been used LOL. That just means you have allowed me to enjoy the games the way I love to, taking pictures of our girls putting their love, blood, sweat and tears onto these fields. I have had the privilege of capturing wins, loses, laughter, frustration, pep talks, prayers, and friendships being made over the past several years. Thank you parents for allowing me to capture these memories for you and our girls.
These girls All have a special place in my heart. I have seen them all grow up from spunky little girls to beautiful young women on these fields. I wish you all the best of luck in your futures and I know you will do BIG things.
This year was my babygirl's Senior year and final year of softball. I have been putting this post off because I'm not ready to let go yet, even though I know it has ended. Brenna, I can still remember your first tryout like it was yesterday. They asked for pitchers and you raised your hand and looked over at me and I shook my head no (I was afraid of the ball flying back at my little girl). Then they asked for catchers and again, you raised your hand and looked at me (a lot more padding lol) and I said yes. That's all it took; you were hooked on the game! It hasn't always been easy, but you've made memories for a lifetime. There were times you couldn't wait to go play your next game and times you just wanted to give up, but no matter what you always put your heart into it. As this chapter closes, just remember..... I'm proud of you and I love you!!
Thank you to everyone for supporting my page!!
