Woodley Park Archers is an adult and Junior Olympic Archery Development (JOAD) archery club which promotes fellowship through social and field activities offered by the organization. Membership in Woodley Park Archers includes Compound, Olympic-Style Recurve and Traditional style archers, archery enthusiasts, family members and others who support the club’s objectives and, as members, may particip

Join our beginner and returning classes on the first week of May for our dual Star Wars Day classes! Saturday May 2 and Wednesday night May 6, come dressed in the galaxy's best or simply rep what you like. There will be fun targets to shoot and costume contest prizes for both returning classes!

Please note, due to safety regulations and because this is a public space, we ask that you refrain from bringing any kind of blaster, whether it's plastic, metal, or painted in safety colors. It is best to just leave that at home for these classes. Also, if coming in costume, please wear something that enables you to shoot a bow safely.

Lightsabers are recommended! We love seeing those, especially during Wednesday night class!

LA Rec and Parks asked us to remind everyone that the range is closed from 6am to 11am every Tuesday morning. It is important to note that sometimes they start late, so the range may appear open if you arrive before 11am. However, if a city grounds maintenance crew arrives onto the range , there can be no shooting anywhere on the range while they are working and, in fact, archers should vacate the premises.

Please make sure other Archers you know are aware of this and not all users of the range have accounts on our system. We will post to our social media accounts later as well, but anything you can do to help spread the word would be appreciated!
