Her hard work, determination, and dedication have earned her the opportunity to compete on Ohio's biggest stage against the state's top athletes. Van Buren is proud of the effort and excellence Kami has displayed throughout the season.

🥏 Congratulations to Van Buren Senior Easton Wymer! 🥏

Easton delivered a championship performance at the OHSAA Regional Championships in Fostoria, capturing the Regional Title in the discus with a new school-record throw of 137'6"!

With her regional championship throw, Easton automatically qualifies for the OHSAA State Track & Field Championships, where she will compete among the best athletes in Ohio.

This remarkable achievement is a testament to Easton's dedication, hard work, and determination throughout her career as a Black Knight.

Kaitlyn earned a 7th-place podium finish at today's OHSAA Regional Championships in Fostoria in the 800-meter run, crossing the finish line in an impressive 2:24.08.

Competing against some of the region's top runners, Kaitlyn represented Van Buren with determination, grit, and excellence. We are proud of her outstanding accomplishment and the hard work she put in throughout the season.

Johnie secured an at-large bid to the OHSAA State Track & Field Championships after clearing 13'8" in the pole vault at the OHSAA Regional Championships at Marion Harding, earning a spot among Ohio’s best vaulters.

Wishing Johnie the best of luck as he competes at Jesse Owens Memorial Stadium and represents Van Buren on the state stage. 🖤🧡

Van Buren Baseball punches its ticket to the OHSAA District Final with a thrilling 6-5 victory over Elmwood in the bottom of the 8th inning! What a battle. What a finish. 💥

The Black Knights now turn their focus to Patrick Henry in the District Championship this Friday at Napoleon.

Van Buren Baseball defeats Elmwood in the OHSAA District Semi-Final in the bottom of the 8th, 6-5. The Black Knights will play Patrick Henry in the District Finals this Friday at Napoleon. Game time is set for 5:00 PM.

🏆🎉 The Van Buren Athletic Boosters are proud to announce the recipients of this year’s scholarship awards: Carter Finley and Maddie Hudok! 🎉🏆

Each student was awarded a $1,000 scholarship in recognition of their outstanding achievements in athletics, academics, leadership, and dedication to their school and community.

These two individuals truly represent what it means to be a Black Knight, and we couldn’t be more proud of their hard work and accomplishments.

Congratulations, Carter and Maddie — we can’t wait to see all you achieve in the future! 👏🧡🖤
