Steel Challenge Match for Saturday, September 12th

We will be on our Summer Hours. Setup will begin at 7:30 am. All help will be greatly appreciated. Sign-in will open at 8:00 a.m. Shooters meeting at 9:00 a.m. Please pre-register on PractiScore.

5 stages. All will be Classifiers with an approximate round count of 125

When you register on PractiScore pick the Classifier you want to start on. After you shoot that stage you will move to the next bay in the normal manner. All the squads on PractiScore will be listed with the squad number, bay number, and Classifier name.

Cost will be $15.00 for the main match and you may shoot a second fi***rm for an additional $5.00. Preteens shoot free.

Bring your own food and beverages. Water will be provided.

Instructor Diagnostics and Applications Class - September 19th & 20th
We are hosting Christopher Bean with Tactical Advantage and Active Self Protection at OFGC to teach this 2 day class, and even though it says "Instructor", don't let that stop you. It is for anyone looking to understand diagnosing yourself or others, and let's face it, if you shoot a great deal, chances are you are helping others learn to shoot and helping them get better!

OFGC's USPSA match tomorrow is setup and ready go. We have 3 field courses and 1 classifier setup. We will shoot each stage twice but from different start positions. This will give us 8 quick stages.

Sign in will start at 9:00 and go to 9:45. Shooters meeting will be at 10:00. Cost for the match is $20.

There will be an OFGC benchrest match this Saturday 15 Aug shooting to begin at 9:00am… have some fun with your pew pew therapy.

OFGC will be hosting our monthly USPSA match on Sunday 16th. Sign in will start at 9:00 and shooters meeting is at 10:00. Cost for the match is $20 for adults, kids and juniors shoot free.

We will be running 3 medium sized field courses and 1 movement style classifier. Every stage will be shot from two different start positions so this will give us 8 total stages for the match. Each stage will be between 20-22 rounds.

The weather for this match looks TERRIBLE! So we are keeping the stages very simple and easy to setup and teardown but with still enough decent round count. We will have lots of cold water for everyone. So please stay hydrated and we will see everyone next Sunday.
