Simply put, we are a strength and conditioning program with a focus on functional training and fitness. We focus on various aspects of fitness- cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, power, agility, flexibility, speed, coordination, balance and accuracy. Here at RVC, you will not find the typical gym setting; with treadmills, ellipticals, stair-masters, and various strength train

ing machines. Because, in here, we do not leave you to wander the gym on your own, left unsure of how to use things, what you should do, for how long, and so on. The programming is provided by a trainer with over 10 years of coaching and 16 years of Personal Training experience, along with in-depth instruction on ex*****on, education in various aspects of health and fitness, nutritional guidance and a community of amazing, encouraging and inspiring people who will push you to be the very best version of YOU!

Good afternoon guys.

As most of you know Mindy Kareus lost her husband suddenly last year.
She has been a part of this community since 2018 and this weekend we will host her husband Aaron's memorial wod. This workout can be done several ways but the most important part is showing up for her and her family.
I've attached a flyer with all the info and ways to donate.

I've always said this community can get through anything together and I stand on that. We love you Mindy and alot of people are constantly thinking and praying for you!

We will be joined by several other groups outside of our community so let's show them love as they come into our community for the day.

Another year in the books with our fitness family. Murph is more than a workout, it’s our small sacrifice in memory of all those brave men and women who gave all they had for all of us. This marks 10 years of Murph at RVC. We are incredibly blessed to have such an amazing community that doesn’t let anyone finish alone.
