Forever Fit - SS - This SilverSneakers® class is a playful and interactive class designed for active seniors who are looking to maintain their cur

rent mobility or those who wish to increase their flexibility, range of motion, and balance. We use balls, resistance bands, and small hand weights. Class meets Monday, Thursday, and Friday at 8:30am. Golden Beats - SS - Get fit while having fun... Everyone can drum! In this brand-new fitness experience you will grab your drumsticks and follow along as the instructor helps you to feel the beat and move in your seat. No musical experience or equipment necessary for this SilverSneakers® class. Class meets in various locations in Fort Smith, Van Buren, the River Valley and Northwest Arkansas. Drums Alive - This class joins dynamic, full-body movements with the pulsating rhythms of the drum. Designed to give your mind and body instant feedback, Drums Alive is thrilling and exhilarating!! Happy New Year!!!! Long post 😉

Wow! 2020 was quite a year. Due to Covid we were completely shut down for over 8 months. Because the majority of our work was in Senior Living Communities and in group settings we haven't been able to return to 95% of our schedule.

Despite the past we are looking forward to the new year. For us, 2021 brings HOPE! Hope for the future, hope for healing, hope for new connections, hope for new adventures, hope for health. This is where you come in.

Please tell us how we can serve YOU! To our facilities, friends, special groups and clients, what would you like to see? Online classes, private sessions, small group classes, at your location or at ours? Dream with us.

From Drums Alive to Rhythm Drum Circles to Presentations to Senior Exercise Classes. We want to serve you. We want to help you move more, feel more, experience more. This may look like something we have done before but this could also look like something we have never tried. Our goal has always been to inspire others through movement and music. We are open to all possibilities.

Hi Friends,
I wanted to post an update. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic we have been not offered any programming since March 13. The current government restrictions and the increase in positive cases in the area are making reopening safely a challenge. We love you all too much to create a potentially harmful situation. We greatly miss drumming with you all and look forward to the day we can all be together again. Blessings, Crystal

Experience with heavy equipment helpful but not required.
CDL a plus but not required.

We are very excited that the Governor is allowing Gyms/Fitness centers to reopen this week. However, at this time we are not ready to take that step. The health and safety of our clients is our #1 priority.

We are busy cleaning the studio from top to bottom and working on class procedures that fit within the state’s restrictions.

If there is any content you would like to see us publish online we would gladly attempt to make that happen. Send us your ideas!
