I have some news about the gym’s air conditioning. In July, we ordered three new air conditioning units. We still need to schedule their installation, but they’re now in our possession. I apologize for the unusually high temperatures we experienced during the summer months. I also apologize for the delay in ordering the units. The cost of purchasing the units, excluding installation, was just over $20,000.
