Thank you to everyone who sent us photos and videos from Glow Night! We appreciate each and every one of you for helping us collect photos. All of the entries were compiled into a random winner generator, and the winner is.... Juana Ibarra! Congratulations! Your glow in the dark soccer ball will be shipped directly to you!

THANK YOU to everyone who came to Glow Night and supported our fundraising event! Special shout out to all of the VBYSA coaches who volunteered to help out at this event by coaching teams. We couldn’t have done it without you! Thank you also to all of our concession helpers for running the Snack Shack; Pop Pop’s Kettle Corn for coming out; and to Amie Sue’s Cupcakes for donating all of her proceeds for the night to our program!

The first games were a little brighter than we wanted, and the balls had battery connections that made them stop glowing, but we hope everyone had a fun night despite these challenges!

Thanks to some amazing people, we have pictures and videos to share! Everyone who sent us photos/videos was entered into a drawing for a glow in the dark soccer ball (NOT the same brand we used in the games! Haha). The winner will be announced soon!

LAST CALL!! We are compiling pictures from Glow Night to share with everyone! Send your photos by the end of the day to be entered into a drawing for a glow-in-the-dark soccer ball! (Soccer ball be NOT be the same brand we used on Glow Night when the batteries kept disconnecting. Thanks for pushing through that!)

Glow Night is this Saturday with games at 9, 10, and 11 pm. Please make sure you arrive early so you can check in at the shelter house and get your glow accessories.

Our regular concessions will be open, and we’ll also have Kona Ice, Travelin’ Tom’s Coffee, Amie Sue’s Cupcakes, and Pop Pop’s Kettle Corn at the event. We will have a few shirts and some additional glow accessories available for purchase. Some of the vendors accept credit cards, but some are cash only, so please come prepared.

The weather looks great, and we can’t wait to see everybody GLOW!
