Started the week strong with army recruiter Caleb Parkin with a boot camp workout and finished strong with a long run and a swim at Boze Mill and Eleven Point River. Looking forward to the season.

Looking for forward to getting the junior high XC kids started tomorrow. Monday we will meet at 7:30 am at the high school. The rest of the week will be at 6:00am.

Our Summer Running Club will kick off next Monday, the 8th, at 6:30 am, and meet at the high school. Bring a friend, a water bottle, and a positive attitude. Running with a group is a great way to get involved with this lifetime sport.
