Don't forget Thursday, September 28th is the last day at the Van Buren Fitness Factory location. We will be off the 1st week of October for Ray to take a much needed vacation to see the grand babies. We will resume classes at the new location on Tuesday, October 10th! (Classes will be on 4th St @ the old Van Buren Fitness Factory location. The new owners are making great improvements! 🤼‍♂️🤼‍♀️🤼
