❄️ SPRING FLING IS STILL ON! ❄️

The Gateway Snowmobile Club Spring Fling is still happening this Sunday, March 8th from 11am to 4pm at Gros Bens 4 Corners (Bottom of Poplar St., Van Buren) — regardless of the current weather conditions.

We know the weather has been unpredictable, but the event is moving forward and we are excited to welcome everyone for a great day with the community.

Bring the whole family and enjoy:
• Groomer taxi rides for sledders
• Free food and beverages
• Great community fun

This is a FREE community event, made possible thanks to the generous support of our local sponsors and volunteers.

So bundle up, come out, and spend some time with friends and neighbors. We look forward to seeing everyone there!

❄️Delayed Opening – Town Office Opens at 10:00 AM ❄️

Due to last night’s snowfall, the Van Buren Town Office will open at 10:00 AM this morning. This delay allows our highway crew the time they need to safely clear the roads and ensures our employees can travel to work without unnecessary risk. If you don't need to be out on the road... stay home and give our team an opportunity to clean up the snow. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to keep our community safe.

📘 Weather-Related Closures

Please note that during future weather events, the Town of Van Buren will follow the same closure and delay schedule as MSAD 24. If MSAD 24 closes, delays, or adjusts its schedule due to weather, the Town Office will do the same. We encourage residents to monitor school announcements for the most up-to-date information.
