-They generally know how to actually lift. They can connect with you
-They use the funds from the gym to make the gym better. They barely pay themselves
-They care about the equipment
-They care about the atmosphere
-They care about the people that come in and out
-They care about the feng shui of the layout
-They constantly make updates to equipment or replacements/fixes
-They know the talk of the town (what people want, don’t like, etc)
-They want you to succeed in lifting and in life
-They provide to the lifting community and want it to grow
