We’re so excited to welcome Molly Meru to Essence on Saturday, October 3rd for a special day of workshops!

Molly is bringing her signature approach to basework and doubles, with unique styles, skills, and creative pathways you won’t typically find on our regular schedule. Come learn something new and experience pole from a fresh perspective!

Taste the Base: Basework LVL 1.5 | 60min

Bridge the gap between pole tricks and floorwork while finding new pathways to explore shapes we know and love. A warm welcome to the world of base work with an emphasis on entries, exits and transitions as well as the tricks themselves.

Pole Duet | Doubles 101 LVL 3+ | 90min

Ready to take your pole game to the next level? Grab your best pole buddy and get ready to fly together in this doubles workshop. Don’t have a partner? No worries, we will pair you in class. We will start with some fun doubles stretching and conditioning, and then play with spins, static poses, mounts, and dismounts as a team.

Prerequisites: Solid Sit, Climb, and Inverted Thigh Hold/Tammy

Thrill of the Base: Basework LVL 3 | 90min
4:30pm - 6:00pm

Create dynamic combos and transitions by taking inverted foundational skills to the floor. Learn crowd pleasing combos including pole assisted handstands as entries and exits from our favorite aerial tricks.

Prerequisites: crucifix, inside leghang, familiarity with brass monkey grip points suggested but not required.
Heels optional.

Peeping Hannah’s upcoming Divine Dance classes 👀

Our former Essence instructor, Hannah, is coming back as a visiting instructor, bringing her signature artistry back to the studio through a series of special Divine Dance classes.

Each month will bring a new mood, style, and creative direction, along with the artistic touch that makes Hannah’s classes uniquely hers. 🖤

We’re so excited to indulge in a different creative perspective and add some new flair to our practice.

✨ Meet Sara ✨

We’re excited to welcome Sara to the Essence team!

Sara’s style is smooth, fluid, and detailed, with a focus on feel good flows, heel technique, intricate movement, and transitions that keep everything connected.

She’s also proof that you don’t need a dance background to build a strong dance practice. Sara came into pole nervous to take her first class and found a new sense of confidence, strength, and freedom through movement. 🙌

Now she’s bringing that experience and her signature style to Divine Dance LVL 1 and Divine Dance LVL 2.

✨ Divine Dance LVL 1 is all about getting comfortable with the pole, building your dance vocabulary, and exploring your sensual side.

✨ Divine Dance LVL 2 takes that foundation further with more intricate flows, pathways, and movement combinations.

You can catch Sara on Tuesday, August 25th for Divine Dance LVL 2 at 6:50pm, then find her regularly on the new schedule:
