Homeschool P.E. is back this Thursday! Kids ages 6–15 can join us each week for fun games, activities, teamwork, and a little exercise.

Mahjong Monday is back!

We’ll be back at Shawmut Kindergarten this Monday, September 14th, from 6–8 PM EST!

Mahjong Monday is FREE for VCC Members and just $5 for non-members.

Still new to the game? No worries! Robbye Smith will continue leading instructional sessions for those who are still learning the tiles. If you’re ready to play and looking for a place to enjoy open play, grab three of your best friends and join us!

Last chance to register! If your child could benefit from swim lessons, be sure to get them registered. Swimming is a lifesaving skill, and Valley Swim Academy is committed to helping young swimmers learn, build confidence, and strengthen their skills in the water.

Available September Lessons:
• Toddler (Ages 3–5) — Monday & Wednesday | 5:30 PM
• Beginner (Ages 5–12) — Monday & Wednesday | 6:20 PM
• Beginner (Ages 5–12) — Tuesday & Thursday | 5:30 PM
• Intermediate/Advanced (Ages 5–12) — Tuesday & Thursday | 6:20 PM

Beat the heat and come play indoors at the VCC, where we turn our basketball courts into pickleball central three times a week! That’s right—three days a week to grab your paddle and enjoy indoor pickleball at the Valley Community Center.

Tuesday & Thursday | 10 AM–12 PM EST
Saturday | 8–11 AM EST

And don’t forget about our Salute & Serve Pickleball Doubles Tournament! If you’re up for the challenge, grab a partner and join us Saturday, November 7th. Just $20 per team!

Get ready for a fall full of fun with Valley Parks & Recreation! From yard sales and spooky movies to pumpkin carving, trick-or-treating, and a haunted hayride, we have plenty happening this fall season!

🎃 2026 Fall Festival — FREE!

Come enjoy our Trick-or-Treat Trail, inflatables, carnival games, food, DJ music, and LOTS of candy! Costumes are encouraged, so start planning yours now!
We need lots of local businesses and organizations to help us fill our Trick-or-Treat Trail! If your business or organization would like to set up a booth and pass out candy, please click the link below to sign up! It's FREE to participate!

The Valley Community Center will be closed all day today, Monday, September 7th, in observance of Labor Day.

Take a well-deserved break, spend time with family and friends, and enjoy the long weekend! Whether you’re taking a walk on the Rails to Trails, visiting the Shawmut Airport Dog Park, or enjoying the playground at City Park, we hope you have a safe and relaxing Labor Day.
