We are excited to share that we’ve made adjustments to our dinner fundraiser to make it more family-oriented and cost-effective for everyone. Children ages 12 and under can now attend for just $15 per ticket, making it easier for families to join us for this special event. If you have already purchased a ticket for a child under 12, you will be reimbursed at the door or may choose to receive additional raffle tickets instead. All other tickets and to-go orders will remain available at $35. To-go orders provide a convenient option for those who are unable to attend in person but would still like to contribute. We also want to mention that this is a more family-friendly event and we are pleased to offer a variety of specialty mocktails for guests to enjoy. We are still in need of donations for supplies, raffle prizes, and dessert auctions. We truly appreciate the continued support from our community. Last day to buy tickets is April 23rd, so buy them today!

All proceeds will be going towards our league to make it better for the year to come! This dinner helps us fund our program, field maintenance, rental fees, equipment, umpire fees and overall making it affordable to more youths in our community.

It’s time to hit off our 3rd Annual Dinner Fundraiser! Dinner is on April 25th, with To-Go orders available. Tickets will remain $35 per ticket!! Please keep in mind that we are in need of donations such as food, drinks, raffle items, dessert and auction prizes. If anyone can help out with donations, please let us know. We can reserve a section for parties of 6 or more, so if you need more tickets just let your coaches know. The two teams that sell the most tickets will be given a team pizza or ice cream certificate to celebrate. Payment options are QR code on the flyer, CSL Venmo or Cash/Check. ⚾🥎 Baseball & Softball Families Looking to get your volunteer hours out of the way for the season? We need all hands on deck this weekend to help get Valley Springs Elementary School ready for season play!

🗓 Work Days:
Saturday (3/14): 12:30 PM – 3:00 PM
Sunday (3/15): 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM

We need as many volunteers as possible to help prep the fields and surrounding areas. If you have them, please bring:
🧹 Rakes
⛏ Shovels
💧 Hoses
🌿 W**d eaters
🧰 Any other tools or equipment that might make the job easier

• Parent Name(s) attending
• Which day you plan to help
