Rise and Shine Fitness Studio We've created a judgement-free zone with workouts made doable for everyone! In-person or via Zoom! Started at Curves, then later joined the Valley Springs gym.

I started my fitness journey back when I was struggling with my own weight (and still do). I was invited to try a class and was VERY shy about doing that. After gathering up some courage, I did, and fell in LOVE with it! A few years later, I was asked to get certified to instruct!? Thought bubble "OMG". I can't possibly do that! "Stand up in front people you mean"?? Nooooo way, not me! Again, I gathered up more courage and did it! Became a Les Mills Instructor in my first program, then later 3 more, after that. Some years later, became AFAA certified (Athletics & Fitness Association of America) Again, I fell in love with it and here we are, Rise and Shine Fitness was created! I absolutely LOVE what I do and I would LOVE to be a small part of YOUR journey to 'fall in love with fitness'. It's fun, it feels good, the people are WONDERFUL,
the music is FUN and movement is FABULOUS! Putting them all together is where the magic lies...
My mission: Let's make fitness fun again! Move to the best of your ability, modify where you need to and
ALWAYS HAVE FUN FIRST! That is ALWAYS my #1 class rule and I live by that! Much Love!
