I’ll be on TV this week. I’m honored to say I’ll appear in the special 2000th episode of the highly popular Midwest Outdoors network television show. In a look back at this decades long program, I again get to share a boat with my good friend Larry Ladowski on the waters of the magnificent Southern Illinois Ozark Mountains.

Tune in as we catch big bass and muskie on Colby Simms Tackle Hatchet Shad spinnerbaits where my pro staffers and I guide charters on beautiful Kinkaid Lake. It’s action packed sport fishing with a twist. And for those who didn’t catch the original airing, this big fish thrill ride ends with an unexpected and dangerous event so wild that the looped DVD played daily for over a year at Bass Pro Shop stores selling Colby Simms Outdoors products. And after two decades of doing TV work across the US, Canada and Mexico it’s one of my favorites for sure.
