Well here we go again, we are fish out of water but we are still athletes. We will be doing Dry-Land in The room above the Valdese Gym from 6-7pm on Tue and Thur nights starting Nov 4th. Hopefully the pool opens soon 🙏

Well we are fish out of water this week Monday August 25-Friday August 29. We start in Lenoir on Tue Sept 2 at 5:30-6:30pm. We can only use the Lenoir pool on Tue Wed and Thur from 5:30-6:30pm in September and October. So pray our construction goes quickly and our bubble is installed in mid to late October 🙏
