Well that’s officially a wrap on Chaos Rage at the 10u level. The players and parents celebrated an incredibly successful couple of years with an end of the year pool party. Of course the girls spent most of their time playing wiffle ball! This group accomplished a lot but we are excited for the future!

We lost today in the semifinals but this group has nothing to hang their heads about. This is a true team. Same roster...

We lost today in the semifinals but this group has nothing to hang their heads about. This is a true team. Same roster two years in a row. The girls trusted the process and bought into the Chaos Softball mantra centered around attitude, effort, and focus. With that, they finish their run as 10u softball players with a two year record of 70-22-3, three tournament championships, and three runner-up finishes. These girls will always be able to think back about the powerhouse team they had as 10u softball players, how much they learned, and how much fun they had. Now on to 12u!

#1 Seed! This number one seed was EARNED! 3-0 in pool play scoring 34 runs and giving up ZERO! Chaos rage had the toughest pool play schedule of any team in the tournament. All three teams Chaos rage beat were 2-1 in the tournament and all will be in the gold bracket tomorrow. Girls were so 🔥 🔥 we had to get them all under the misting tent after game three! Anna Horn and Morgan Halloran continued to be a force in the circle! Back at it tomorrow for bracket Sunday!

Started the Saratoga tournament with 14-0 victory over Saratoga. Anna Horn threw a no-hitter with 9k’s and 2 walks. Melanie Kraft led the way at the plate with two doubles. Morgan Halloran and Amelia Brooks each contributed two hits. The bats up and down the lineup were 🔥 🔥! Pool play resumes tomorrow at 1:00 and 3:00.

We were missing a few teammates but Northern Columbia Rage 10u had our final practice tonight at the 10u level. This team has accomplished so much together! They worked together, pushed each other, and improved their skills. Most importantly they have made lifelong memories! And friendships! We celebrated our last practice with a FUN game of wiffle ball that ended in a 1-1 tie! One final tournament this weekend!

Chaos Rage 10u are the Gold Bracket Champions of the Miss Scottie’s Tournament!!! Girls went 3-0 on the day and 6-0 on the weekend including a 6-4 win in the championship game against an outstanding Albany Lady Outlaws squad. The team played nearly flawless defense all day! Anna Horn and Morgan Halloran continued leading the team in the circle and Melanie Kraft had a huge hit to plate an insurance run late in the championship contest. Amelia Brooks led the team at the plate on the weekend hitting .538, followed by Melanie Kraft and Linnea Knull who each hit .500. Morgan Halloran threw a perfect game in pool play and Anna Horn had 38 k’s in 20 innings pitched-the pitching duo combined for 31 innings pitched and surrendered only 6 walks! Chaos Rage 10u will wrap up the season with one more tournament in Saratoga in two weeks.

Went 3-0 in pool play at the Miss Scottie’s tournament and secured the number two seed. It was a long hot day! Girls scored 34 runs and allowed only 4 runs. The highlight of the day was Morgan Halloran throwing a PERFECT GAME in game two!!! Chaos was led at the plate by Anna Horn and Amelia Brooks who each collected four hits and a double. Melanie Kraft led the team with 5 RBI on the day. We play Capital District Fusion tomorrow at 11:00 am.

Lost in the semi-finals to the eventual champion 6-5. Odds were stacked against these girls but they battled! Two days in a row we were at the field before 7:00 am! Today we avenged our only loss in pool play against a talented Guilderland squad and then won a nail-biter against a red hot Latham squad. In the final game we were down big going into the final frame and had the tying and winning run in scoring position but just came up a little short on a VERY hot day. These girls are great. Attitude, Effort, and Focus….thats Chaos softball 🥎 🩵🥎🤍💪

2-1 in pool play at the Classie Lassie tournament. Only gave up 6 total runs on the day to a very strong Guilderland team and lost 6-5. We have our work cut out for us tomorrow but we will fight to the final out. Anna Horn led the way at the plate going 5-7 with a double and a triple. Melanie Kraft had four hits including a huge bases loaded, 2 RBI hit to pull close to Guilderland in the final game. We face Guilderland tomorrow at 8:00 am!

We came in second in the East Greenbush tournament and I have never been more proud of a second place finish. These girls were up against a juggernaut and held their own. So proud of this group. Their growth, development, and composure is truly amazing—especially when you know where each one of them started. We will continue to grind. Two tournaments so far in 2026, two #1 seeds, and two second place finishes. NOTHING to hang our heads about! Only motivation to keep grindin’….Chaos strong 💪 🩵🥎🤍
