MARK JOHNSON:
Mark played for his father “Badger Bob” at Wisconsin where he was a two-time All-American and member of the 1977 NCAA Championship team. He was the leading scorer on the 1980 Gold Medal Olympic Team, competed in eight World Championships and three Canada Cup Tournaments. He has now retired from 13 years in professional hockey (11 seasons in the NHL and 2 seasons in Europe). He was Assistant Coach of the University of Wisconsin Men's Hockey Team for 6 years. Mark is currently the Head Coach of the University of Wisconsin Women's Hockey Team and was the Head Coach of the 2010 US Women's Hockey Team at the Vancouver Olympics. PETER JOHNSON:
Peter scouted for the Toronto Maple Leafs of the NHL for 9 years. He previously served as Assistant Coach of three outstanding college programs: Wisconsin, Bowling Green and Cornell. Peter played for his father “Badger Bob” at Wisconsin and was a member of the 1981 NCAA Championship team and captained the ‘81-’82 team. National Team in 1982 and ‘83; participated in the National Olympic Festival in ‘81,’82 and ‘83 and played in the 1982 World Ice Hockey Tournament in Finland. Peter was an Assistant coach for the University of Wisconsin Badgers Women’s hockey team in 2009-2010. He currently runs the Eagles Nest Ice Arena in Verona, WI. TIM MCCONNELL:
Tim is a 24-year veteran of the Hockey School. A college football coach for 13 years, Tim has a wealth of experience working with young people in many important capacities. As the play-by-play announcer for the Hockey School games, he has established a national reputation as the “Voice of the Rockies”, and claims a large and varied following. Tim lives in Colorado Springs, where he is President of Summit Financial Strategies Group. SCOTT MCCONNELL:
Scott, the grandson of Bob Johnson and son of Tim McConnell, played hockey for the University of Denver hockey team from 2000-2004. He was a member of the 2004 University of Denver Championship Team. Before joining Denver in 2000, Scott played three seasons of junior hockey in the NAHL and USHL. Past coaching jobs also include a stint as Associate Head Coach of the Bay City Bombers of the WSHL, where he was chosen as a coach for the 2004 WSHL All-Star Game, and Assistant Head Coach for the Billings Bulls of the NAHL, Associate Head Coach for the Indiana Ice and Des Moins Bucs in the USHL, Scott coached in the 2008 USHL Prospect/All Star Game. additionally with the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins AHL team. Scott currently is the head coach/GM for the Chicago Steel. Scott's genuine dedication and love for the game have been a valuable addition to the coaching staff. DOUG JOHNSON:
Doug, a grandson of Bob Johnson and son of Mark Johnson, is the CEO and Founder of Bio-Boards (a premier balance board). Doug brings organization, dedications and most importantly passion to the rink day in and day out. Doug is going into his 5th season of coaching. Past coaching experiences: Assistant Madison Memorial High School, Head Coach U14 & U16 Madison Capitals Girls. Doug is currently the Head Coach of the U19 Madison Capitals girls team. Doug has been a coach of for many summer camps has just finished his 5th year of coaching at The Bob Johnson Hockey School. CHRIS "Critter" JOHNSON:
Chris, a grandson of Bob Johnson and son of Mark Johnson, played junior hockey in Fairbanks, AK for the Fairbanks Icedogs from 2004-2006 and then continued his career playing hockey for the Division III Augsburg College hockey team from 2006-2010 where he was a 2 time All-American selection. Chris currently holds an assistant coaching job with Augsburg College Men's hockey team. ROB ANDRINGA & JOHN PARKER:
