When people say “Bring it back.” This is the “it.” The community, the love, the support. There was nothing that compared to the journey of Mom Strong. The amazing women I got to meet have truly touched my life. It’s been a wild ride and right I’m in my season of growth…. 4th baby showed me I needed to slow down and figure out a few health concerns….. maybe I’ll be back…. Maybe not the same as I was, but maybe that’s okay. I’m watching all you beautiful mamas grow and I think you for being a part of our story.

Mom Talk - Birth Stories…. This talk was amazing. We plan to do it again if you guys are interested!

Everyone celebrates the baby, but no one talks about what the mother just survived.

They see the photos. The tiny fingers. The perfect little face.
But they don’t see the flashbacks.
They don’t hear the silence in the delivery room before the cries.
They don’t know what it’s like to lay on that table, terrified, praying for your life and your baby’s at the same time.

They don’t talk about the panic that still lingers.

Or the way your body feels foreign after being pushed past its limit.

My birth wasn’t beautiful.

It was traumatic.

And while I’m endlessly grateful my baby made it here safely,
I’m still learning how to feel safe in my own body again.

So if no one’s told you..

If your birth broke you a little too,

You’re not alone.

And you’re allowed to grieve the experience,
even if it gave you everything you prayed for.

Today’s mental health nugget …. Don’t be afraid to be show up exactly where you are in life. So what if you’re not thriving today…. Not everyday is going to feel amazing, successful and rewarding. In fact, most days won’t.
Yesterday I felt strong and today I’m lagging…. Kids are needy and I can’t get much work done. So I’ve given in and excepted that it’s just a modified day! Modified my workout…. Reduced my work task to-do list, lowered my expectations of sniffly kids and giving the baby all the snuggles.
This is life right now and I’m still serving myself, my family and my community exactly where I am.

Document life….. why do you share the little things?
Personally I love finding connections in unlikely places. Of course I have my tribe who always supports my posts/daily life shares. However, I always find connections with people that I didn’t realize we had until I post!
It’s also a great way to connect with the outside world with a crazy busy life! I do it for me…. So thanks again for listening and following along this crazy life journey 🖤

When I tell people I own two businesses and I just had my 4th baby always get the same response…. “How do you do it?” Honestly, most days I don’t know. I just do. There once was a time I didn’t believe I was worth much of anything. I felt less than…. So one day I had to look myself in the mirror and say “you can.” And you would believe it…. Something changed in me. I chose to believe in my intuition, my heart, and my desire to be involved in not just my own business, but others as well. How do I do? I believe in myself…. Every. Single Day.
