CrossFit Vacaville North @ The Compound provides simple and effective training for a healthy life. Open since 2010, we offer many group, private and specialized programs for every level of fitness! Our programming draws from body weight movements, weightlifting, and cardiovascular training. When these movements are combined with a high level of intensity, the result is improved strength, power, stamina, endurance, and flexibility.
