The Vacaville Museum is excited to announce an upcoming student art exhibit, "Spring in Solano". We'll be accepting artwork from middle school and high school students across Solano County and are excited to be able to provide canvases for all registered participants.

I GRADUATED!!!
This week, I spent 10+ hours with & learning so much about Instagram and instagram best practices!
They have inspired me to get outta my insta comfort zone!
If you ever have the opportunity, you must check them out to see what they do - and just because they are amazingly entertaining as well!

The gym is requiring all group classes to be cancelled - including taekwondo - the gym will remain open for now. But taekwondo is cancelled starting today for at least the remainder of this week and all of next week with hope to re-start April 1.
I’m very sorry to have to cancel and i will miss you all. I’m sure we were all equally excited about testing. We will likely have a week of classes/practice before we have testing once classes resume. Please lmk if you would like any videos or tips to train at home!

Congrats to all who have and are testing this week! That power outage pushed things back a bit - but here we are! There will be no class held Monday, October 21, and Awards will be held during class Tuesday, October 22. Good Luck!!!

Yippee!!! It's great to see all the smiling faces back in class! Thank you for bringing/sending your kids in this week - it's been fun! And, boy, y'all have done a great job of watering those kids - they've all grown tall! (I'm definitely not shrinking!)

Good for taekwondo friends... especially kids. It's important to have foot and ankle flexibility/mobility - and to be able to control the muscles of the foot!

Problems with your metatarsal bones in the middle of your foot can be painful. Pain in these bones can be the result of a fracture or metatarsalgia, a condition that causes inflammation as well as pain in the ball of your foot. Metatarsal pain is often associated with physical activity and overuse.
