THIS IS THE BEST PART.
For so many years, I've been guilty of living for the next thing. The next challenge. The next goal. The next accomplishment. The next season.
But lately I've been realizing something: This is the season I worked so hard to create. This community. This studio. These friendships. These classes. These moments.
Today, JTB turns 14 years old.
Fourteen years of showing up. Fourteen years of growth. Fourteen years of pivots, lessons, laughter, tears, and so much love. And while there are always new dreams on the horizon, this month I want to practice something different:
Not rushing ahead. Not waiting for life to begin. Not earning rest. Just being here. Because this… the movement, the connection, the healing, the ordinary Tuesday classes and Sunday morning hugs… this is the good part.

Something really special is happening again this fall ✨
Applications for the next round of JTB Yoga Academy are officially open.
And truthfully?
This training has never just been about learning how to teach yoga.
It’s about:
coming home to yourself,
finding your voice,
building confidence,
healing your relationship with your body,
learning how to hold space,
and being surrounded by people who see you clearly.
Over 8 transformational weekends, we’ll explore movement, philosophy, anatomy, meditation, energetics, teaching methodology, and the deeper layers of what it means to live yoga, not just practice it.
Some students go on to teach.
Some don’t.
But every single person leaves changed.
