For those planning on attending please bring your yoga mat. I’ve got a couple extra but not enough for everyone. I DO have props (blankets, bolsters, blocks and straps) but you can bring your own if you prefer.

Class fees are:
$20 drop in

Class passes:
$75 - 5 classes
$120 - 10 classes

It’s been a minute since I’ve put together a yoga sequence but I’ve definitely missed it! Leading a small class to friends for the new moon this eve.. I miss my moon groups each month. It was such a joy to host these and I’m hoping to get these back up and running in soon! Breathe Utopia

For those who don’t know I’m also a certified Yoga/Meditation Instructor. It’s always been something I’ve loved! I taught classes in Utopia until I had Viola but it’s definitely been on my heart to do something with it again. Soooo we shall see what I can do around my work and home life. Lol 🧘‍♀️

I'm so excited to announce I'm hosting a Women's Full Moon Gathering Friday 10/11 from 6:30-9:30 PM. Dinner included!! This magical moon night we will do a 1 hour Restorative Yoga Session followed by dinner then ending the night meditating under the moons healing light. A full moon is the perfect time to shed what is no longer serving you and let it go. Make room for the joy love and abundance you deserve!
