Getting this out early - Summer small group sessions

Let CNY Goalie Lab help shake that rust off and get your goalie ready to hit the ice in stride when the season starts!

Two days to choose from (7/26 and/or 8/2)
Sign up for one, or sign up for both!

Both clinics will be at 9am at Whitestown

Small group sessions allow for a more tailored experience for goalies, allowing to focus on specific needs. This setup also creates more direct-to-goalie time, too!

The week started off with a few private one-on-one sessions and a team practice session, then ended with a great 2-hour small group session this morning with goalies from local area and had some travel from far!

I love when the goalies travel and get together during downtime to work on improving their game - the only way to get better is to work hard! Especially for goalies when competing for playing time!

Thanks to all the goalies - and shooters - for ending the week with a bang!

🌟 2 HOUR SESSION

Bringing the small group session back for the winter break in February! Perfect timing for States or any other end-of-season tournament!

This is a 2-hour session and will focus on:
▶️ ANGLES
▶️ DEPTH
▶️ REBOUNDS

Open to all ages & skill levels!

Another great 2-Day small group session

New faces, familiar faces & all sizes coming together to work on some dedicated goalie training. All of these goalies saw alot of pucks!

Love seeing the goalies put in the work. If you want to make those shiny new gloves, new stick, new pads look even better then ya gotta put that work in!

Thank you to all the goalies & shooters (and of course the parents) for a great small group clinic!

It’s always good to see the goalies working hard during the holiday break to focus on getting better so they can be more sharp and ready for their teams!

Small groups have been the best way to maximize goalie reps and to be able to target specific areas.

Looking forward to next weeks clinic!

No tricks, all treats!

CNY Goalie Lab is back in December with TWO clinics! Both clinics are each 2 days.
Sign your goalie(s) up for one, or both!

While last Winter Recess Clinic was a large scale clinic, we are going to continue the summer momentum, and a more tailored approach, with small group sessions.
Small group clinics allow goalies to get increased reps, more instruction, and added focus on specific goalie needs!

First clinic:
❗️ 7 Goalies MAX
🗓️ Monday 12/22 & Tuesday 12/23
🕙 10am - 10:50am (both days)
📍 Kennedy Arena, Rome
💰 $70 (cost covers both days)

Second clinic:
❗️ 7 Goalies MAX
🗓️ Monday 12/29 & Tuesday 12/30
🕙 Monday is 10am - 10:50am
🕙 Tuesday is 9:50am - 10:50am
📍 Kennedy Arena, Rome
💰 $70 (cost covers both days)

Both clinics are open to the first 7 goalies who are registered & paid. Any interested goalies, after 7, will be put on a waitlist. Cash/Venmo accepted.

These clinics are open to all ages and all skills levels!
