Karate Studio of Utica Karate and self defense classes Utica, NY for kids and adults. Improves confidence, self esteem, men Teaching classes in Self Defense, Karate, Aikijutsu.

We teach North American Goju Karate. It consists of Goju Karate, Aikijutsu and Wing chun concepts. The style is designed for in close defense using Hard, Strong linear techniques as well as Soft Circular techniques and takedown which make our form of Karate very well rounded. Allows for you to defend yourself to virtually all types of armed and unarmed attacks. The Hard and Soft is where the name Go-Ju comes from.
